专业方向
周倩课题组从事马铃薯遗传育种研究和基因组学生信算法开发。通过组学技术的创新,挖掘优质、高产的功能基因,应用于马铃薯分子育种。课题组关注AI技术在农业基因组学领域的应用,尤其是植物DNA基础模型,基于AI的变异序列分析等方向。

课题组博后招聘
1. 围绕课题组研究方向展开独立研究,可选择研究方向:(1)马铃薯高产性状基因挖掘(2)多倍体基因组分析算法开发 (3)基于AI的基因组功能元件分析。鼓励申请者在此研究方向内自主选题。
2. 近三年获得(不限于)植物学、园艺学、遗传学、生物信息学、计算机科学等专业博士学位。在博士阶段以第一或通讯作者发表至少一篇SCI论文。
