科研成果
      中山大学农业与生物技术学院教授,“水产合成微生物组”团队负责人。担任国家虾蟹产业技术体系虾病害生态防控岗位科学家,中国水产学会水产微生物生态与资源专业委员会委员,广东省动物学会理事,广东省水生动物疫病防控技术服务专家。长期从事虾类病害与养殖生态的基础研究和应用技术研究,揭示凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘生态系统对虾肠道、水体和底泥的微生态机制;突破疾病病原确定瓶颈,提出病因确定的微生态科赫法则新概念,发展传统科赫法则;提出虾类养殖生态系统“养殖环境-肠道微生物-宿主健康”中心法则新理论;建立高效、生态、健康的虾类养殖新模式,发展一体化健康(One Health)微生物生态精准干预生态养殖策略。基于对虾疾病发生的微生态机制,联合国家虾蟹产业技术体系综合试验站和相关企业建立对虾生态健康养殖模式,平均单造亩产5000kg以上。担任微生物学顶级学术期刊Microbiome和Animal Microbiome的Associate Editor,主持和参加国家和省部级项目40余项,在Microbiome、Nature Communications等杂志发表论文百余篇,总引用超4000次。申请专利17件,获授权专利8件。
