在磷脂和胆固醇代谢、糖脂修饰蛋白合成与分泌过程中跨膜复合物的组装及工作机制、重要疾病相关的脂质合成、转运、信号转导过程的分子机理等方面获得许多重要发现,在Nat Struct Mol Biol, Nat Commun (×5), EMBO Mol Med, PLoS Pathog 等期刊发表(共同)通讯作者研究论文21篇,书籍3章,综述1篇,在Nature、Nat Commun、Proc Natl Acad Sci USA等学术期刊发表第一或共同第一作者论文12篇。申请国家专利3项。
